由李恒先生和李志飞先生合资共同创建嘉禾县飞恒合金铸造厂，厂址: 嘉禾县车头桥。

2019年飞恒二期项目在嘉禾县珠泉镇坦塘工业园嘉新路破土动工，占地115亩。

2011年7月7日注册成立嘉禾县飞恒合金铸造有限公司，注册资金1200万

2013年再次筹备投资位于嘉禾县珠泉镇坦塘工业园嘉新路工业用地115亩，决策投建:座以铸造为基础、兼机械加工、产品研发、市场开拓相结合的现代化、数字化产销一体的新型铸造基地。

先后新增精密铸造生产线和粉未治金生产线，逐步向优质产品迈进，进一步满足客户需求。

2017年公司对产品进行转型升级，对传统潮模砂生产线进行改造，消失模设备升级，同时在固化树脂砂生产线产品工艺的基础上独立出来一支专业生产高铬高锰钢耐磨件的团队，为做好外贸出口产品打下坚实的基础。
