　　铸造车间建筑面积13680平方米，采用对环境友好的改性水玻璃造型、气力再生产砂回收工艺，熔铸线设计有电弧炉2套、5T中频电炉1套、1.5T中频电炉3套，配套有熔炼、浇注除尘除气设备，具备生产20T以下重量高钢、高铬铸铁、合金钢、碳钢、耐热钢等铸件。成熟的技术可制造破碎-球磨机械磨损部分的颚板、锤头、筛条、圆锥、板锤、衬板等产品。产品广泛应用于采矿、水泥、治金、建筑、金属回收、工程等骨料行业。我们致力于用优越的品质和值得信赖的服务为海内外客户配套易损耗铸件。
