加工车间

　　加工车间建筑面积6600平方米，设有加工、涂装和包装工段。布局有DVT6300数控立车、DVT3500数控立车、DVT2500数控立车、C1600数控立车、重型龙门铣床、摇臂、钻床等，可以完成铸件的钻、车、铣的加工。涂装线拥有先进的YC-HXT-60000RCO废气处理设备，废气吸收、处理率达98%以上。
　　The construction area of the processing workshop is 6,600 square meters, with processing, painting and packaging sections. The layout includes DVT6300 CNC vertical lathe, DVT3500 CNC vertical lathe, DVT2500 CNC vertical lathe, C1600 CNC vertical lathe, heavy-duty gantry milling machine, rocker arm, drilling machine, etc., which can complete the drilling, turning and milling of castings. The coating line has advanced YC-HXT-60000RCO waste gas treatment equipment, and the waste gas absorption and treatment rate is over 98%.

　　加工车间具有高速性高柔性易于重构，可以自主完成板锤、反击板、圆锥和齿板的加工、涂装和包装，年生产能力达15000吨。
