　　中温蜡精铸车间建筑面积5500平方米，采用环保节能的中温蜡-硅溶胶成型工熔铸线设计有180kg中频电炉2套，配套有熔炼、浇注除尘除气设备，具备生产50g以上重量的合金钢、碳钢、不锈钢等材质铸件，铸件表面为粗糙度可达Ra3.2-Ra6.3。铸坏可直接成型，不需要加工或少量加工。主要产品有:汽配锁具、五金、厨具等精密铸件，产品广泛应用于机械、汽车、家居、门窗配件、管件阀门、机械五金、医疗等领域，大量出口世界多个国家和地区，以良好的质量和优异的服务深得用户信赖和好评。
